The goal of the GOmobile campaign was to promote a mobile banking application. During the 4 months of the activities, we were responsible for the integrated promotion of the product in social media. To assist us with the task, we had a very savings-oriented hen – the campaign’s leading character.

We also had the pleasure to use a novel solution in this campaign – a bank chatbot in Messenger. The chatbot served as a consultant for the customers and answered enquires on how to use the new application.
The hen, as a symbol of a mobile application, gained significant recognition among the audience. Marketing research showed that this bank campaign achieved one of the highest recognisability rates for bank campaigns over the last months. The campaign had a strong impact on the sales of the Bank’s personal accounts and the downloading and installation numbers of the new GOmobile application.
One of the venues for the campaign was the Twitch channel. The communication was targeted directly at e-sport fans. In the campaign, we combined the hen – an application motif – and the hen – a character in the Counter Strike game. The campaign was recognized by the jury of the Innovation 2018 competition and won the brown prize in the Media-Touchpoint category.
The mobile banking application campaign was the first project we delivered for Bank BGŻ BNP Paribas. The quality and results of our cooperation encouraged us to continue working together, and today the Green Parrot agency is responsible for all the online campaigns and the integrated communication of the Bank in social media.
